St. George's Sustainability Initiatives
Good Stewardship includes responsible stewardship of all of our resources and the sustainability of our earthly home. St. George’s continues efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle beginning with our efforts to cut down our non-biodegradable/recyclable waste. We recycle office paper and our Sunday bulletins (Please just leave bulletins in the wooden recycling bin in the Narthex.). And taking a close look at our lighting allowed us to replace much of our lighting with more efficient LED bulbs, resulting in greater energy savings.
