Michael Christopher is a life-long Episcopalian and has been a member of St. George’s since he
and his wife Pat moved to Memphis in the summer of 2007. His involvement in the life of the
church has included participation in the choir and was a member of the Vestry from 2011 to
2013, when he served as Junior and Senior Warden, and was chair of the search committee
that recommended the appointment of Rev. Dorothy Wells.
Michael is a consultant for private-independent schools, having served as Assistant Headmaster
for Development at Lausanne Collegiate School until 2020. Michael and Pat have a weekly
Meals-on-Wheels route, and Michael enjoys a weekly round of golf (weather permitting) with
good friends who are members of the church.
