I was raised in the Methodist church and attended church regularly as a child and adult.
Since 1985 my career has been in church music ministry. My most recent position was
at Germantown Presbyterian Church where I served as Organist and Handbell director
of 13 years. Soon after retirement in January 2019, I began attending St. George’s
Church where I found the music inspirational and the liturgy and preaching very
meaningful. After several months of inquiry, I was baptized and confirmed into the
Episcopal Church in November 2019.
I am honored to be part of the discernment committee to find our next rector for St.
George’s and take this responsibility very seriously I have fallen in love with this church
and look forward to seeing how God provides new leadership for us.
I participate in Room in the Inn, Flying Solo and the Coventry Choir. I maintain a small piano
and organ studio as well as play the hammered dulcimer weekly at West Cancer
Center.
