Shelton Clark joins Youth Team
Hello all! My name is Shelton Clark. I'm a sophomore International Studies major at Rhodes College. A native of Nashville (and a lifelong Episcopalian!), I first became involved in the Diocese of West Tennessee through the Barth House campus ministry, and has since become active in the Community of Rhodes Episcopalians (CORE) and served on music staff for West Tennessee Happening #59 this past February. I'm very blessed and excited to be working with the youth of St. George's!
We welcome Shelton Clark to our youth services team with Callie Smith.
The St. George's Chapter of the Order of the Daughter's of the King is proud to announce we are starting an order of Junior Daughters. The first meeting was this past Sunday, with six bright and enthusiastic young ladies who have shown interest in joining: Madelyn Black, Lauren Fowler, Grace Higley, Emily Mahavedan, Emily Photopulos, and Julia Sperry. The group will focus on spiritual growth through prayer, Bible study, fellowship, and service.
Looking forward, there will be a lock-in at the church on March 22-23 with training for the Order of the Junior Daughters, with installation to follow in the Spring. We will share with you all the projects and fun things that the girls will do together in the months to come. Many thanks for your support,
