A good time was had by all during vacation Bible School. Water play, story time, crafts, and snacks made up our days as we found fun ways to learn about the good news of Jesus Chirst!
Children & Youth Ministries
SAVE THE DATE FOR VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
June 12-16 from 9:00-12 noon
Volunteers are needed!
Our Children’s and Youth Christian Education programs help them discover of God’s Word through art, games, storytelling and discussion experiences. If you enjoy working with children and youth, this ministry may be a wonderful way for you to help them learn more about God and form their faith foundations.
We invite all families of children and youth for an hour of fellowship and learning which we call "The Table." The concept is simple: On the second Wednesday evening of each month, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., parents and kids will gather for a simple shared meal, and then a short time of learning, with age-appropriate activities for children and youth (A fun curriculum is planned for our children and youth!), and a relevant discussion topic for parents.
We will have a simple prepared meal at the Church, with a cost of $5/person ($15 family/maximum). It's a great deal – and a great opportunity for both fellowship and formation. We're inviting the entire family to be part of The Table, so that parents can get to know other parents, while their children and youth get to know other children and youth – and we can all grow together in community.
Confirmation Classes are scheduled in advance of the Bishop's annual Visitation. Separate classes for youth and adults are offered.
Young people will take a new look at what it means to say they are Episcopalians by examining our beliefs and traditions in fellowship with their peers. Instructors are the clergy.
RegistrationTo register contact the church office. (M-F 8-5:00 pm / Phone: 901-754-7282)

Girls and young ladies who are seven – 21 years of age can become Junior members of the Order of the Daughters of the King. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow in love and knowledge of Christ and to serve the church and community.
To share God’s love for all people,
To worship and serve faithfully,
To make my words true, and my actions right,
To grow strong in mind, body, and spirit,
To make the world a better place to live
